To facilitate server migration work conducted by the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, the Alishan Forest Railway Ticketing System, including the online booking system, station ticketing systems, and ticketing services at 7-ELEVEN convenience stores, will be temporarily unavailable from 07:00 to 18:00 on June 9, 2026 (Tuesday).
Please note the following:
• Passengers who need to book, collect, exchange, or refund tickets, or make online payments, are advised to complete these transactions in advance or avoid using the system during the service suspension period.
• During the service suspension, Alishan Forest Railway stations will sell same-day tickets only. Ticket exchanges will not be available, and cash payment will be required.
Service restoration is subject to the progress of the server migration work and may occur earlier or later than scheduled without prior notice.
