Capacity: Minimum 20 participants required; limited to 30 participants, with a waiting list of up to 20.
Age Requirements: Children under 5 are not eligible to participate. Children aged 5–14 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult family member or friend aged 18 or above.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 14 to 2 days before departure are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 1 day before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of departure.
  • For partial cancellations within a group registration, the total fee will be recalculated based on the remaining number of participants, and the difference will be refunded accordingly. For example, if one participant withdraws from a group of four, NT$10,000 will be refunded, less any applicable bank transfer fees.
  • To request a cancellation or refund, please contact the organizer by phone or email as early as possible so that the necessary arrangements can be made. Refunds will be processed after the event has concluded. Thank you for your patience.
Important Notes
  1. Accommodation on November 4 will be arranged at Alishan Gou Hotel. Due to limited room availability, participants registering individually may be assigned to share a room with other participants of the same gender or stay in a shared Japanese-style tatami room. Tatami rooms accommodate approximately 6–8 people, and individual sleeping spaces cannot be selected. Pillows and blankets are provided; participants may bring their own sleeping bags if preferred for personal hygiene or comfort. Shared bathroom facilities are separated by gender. Body wash, shampoo, and hair dryers are provided; please bring any other personal toiletries you may need.
  2. Some outdoor activities require a moderate level of physical fitness, including walking and hiking on gentle slopes. Please consider your physical condition before registering.
  3. Some activities will take place at elevations above 2,000 meters. Please bring any personal medication you may need and keep it with you at all times.
  4. During the event, staff will carry first-aid kits and provide emergency contact assistance. The Xianglin Health Center in the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area provides 24-hour emergency medical services for unexpected medical needs.
  5. Adults accompanying children are responsible for ensuring that the children follow all safety instructions provided by event staff.
  6. If weather conditions cause the Alishan Forest Railway to suspend train services, the event will be cancelled and registration fees will be fully refunded.
  7. The tour operator responsible for this event is covered by travel agency liability insurance as required by law.
  8. Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By participating, participants grant the organizer permission, free of charge, to photograph and film them and to use, edit, and publicly display such materials. Copyright in materials created by the organizer will remain with the organizer.
